Nicholas Babcock is a licensed civil engineer and Grade V wastewater treatment plant operator in the state of California. He has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Northern Arizona University and a M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Mr. Babcock’s work experience includes design, operations and maintenance, and applied research on a variety of conventional and advanced wastewater treatment and water reuse processes including membrane bioreactor, ozone-biofiltration, membrane filtration, reverse osmosis, and UV advanced oxidation. He currently leads the operations team at the City of San Diego’s Central Area Small Scale Facility (CASSF).
