Emily Holland is a registered Civil Engineer in the State of California and has a B.S in Environmental Engineering and an M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Since joining Trussell Technologies in 2022, Ms. Holland has worked on projects related to drinking water treatment, non-potable reuse, direct and indirect potable reuse, on-site reuse, and corrosion control and stabilization. Ms. Holland’s work on these topics includes treatment system design, pilot testing design and execution, UV validation testing, operational troubleshooting and optimization, data analysis and technical report development, and project management. Her recent project experience includes commissioning and operating a reverse osmosis and breakpoint chlorination pilot to improve recycled water quality at a wastewater reclamation plant. This work included data tracking, field confirmation testing, sample collection for laboratory testing, system and analyzer maintenance, data and laboratory report analysis to determine optimal operating conditions, and technical memorandum development summarizing results and providing recommendations.
