Emily Owens-Bennett is a Supervising Engineer with more than 13 years of water quality and process treatment project experience with Trussell. Ms. Owens-Bennett specializes in water quality assessment and evaluating treatment options and optimization through analytical testing, for projects spanning a wide range of applications. She has worked with several utilities to develop regulatory and permitting documents, including Title 22 Engineering Reports, reports to support permit amendments, Monitoring and Reporting Plans, and Operation Plans. Recent project experience has included planning-level design efforts for several potable water projects. Ms. Owens-Bennett has a B.A. in Geology and Environmental Studies from Whitman College and an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University. Ms. Owens-Bennett is a registered Civil Engineer in the State of California.
